Their quote was very competitive, and Daniel was very responsive throughout the information gathering phase. For the amount of work that was involved in this project, everything went very smoothly. Other contractors made a lot of noise about inspections, pointing out things that needed to be brought up to code that were frankly just false when I cross checked them against other contractors and when I looked up information online. Always Rescue Plumbing provided an amazing service to our leaking problem! They were able to repipe our mainline and crawlspace within 1 day. Even though it was raining quite heavily that day, their team members continuously pushed through and opened up the small patches of concrete to repipe the main line. Because of their relentless effort, we were able to use water by the end of the day. It's also a huge relief to finally see the water meter stop moving when there's no water usage inside the house. And to top it all off, they've even lent us two floor fans to help dry off our crawl space! I want to thank Daniel and his team for staying professional and getting the job done so well. Not only did they clean up the little mess they made inside the house, but they also made sure to sweep the adjacent sidewalk to make sure no debris was left behind. This is our second time using Always Rescue Plumbing, the first time they installed our clean out in the front yard and most recently they replaced all of our original piping from under the house. Communication is great, you can text or call someone from their office if you need anything and they will also provide updates on their work and progress. They also offer payment plans.
